RAVELLO stone carpet for the edges of the base are only available in fine graining. The support needs to be prepared with a foundation with quartz in order to avoid the slipping of the surface coating. The edges of the base should be prepared before the coating of the floors. The adhesive agent is made up of one component; it is water soluble and consists of a white, firm dispersion matter, which turns transparent after drying with the marble stones. Slight differences in the colouring compared to the floor products due to the different adhesive agents, can, however, not be excluded. The edges of the base are done with a bar at the edge of the tiles (height 6–8 mm). Not suitable for permanently wet areas.
